Are your products authentic or fake?

Why are your prices lower than department stores?

How can I add, modify or cancel my existing order?

Please review your order carefully before placing it. If you need to cancel your order, contact customer service at info@leparfum.ca with your order details as soon as possible.

Why is my order partially shipped?

To speed up delivery, in-stock items are shipped first. If an item is unavailable, LEPARFUM will notify you and provide an update.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and destination.

Some promotions require a minimum purchase or cannot be combined with other offers. Review the promotion terms or contact customer service for assistance.

How do I update my customer information?

Log in to your account, open the My Account section and update your personal information as needed.

Is it safe to order online?

Yes. LEPARFUM uses 256-bit SSL encryption and secure payment technology to protect customer information. Credit card details are not stored after the transaction is completed.

What is the difference between Pure Perfume, Eau de Parfum, Eau de Toilette and Eau de Cologne?

The main difference is the concentration of fragrance oils. Pure Perfume has the highest concentration, followed by Eau de Parfum, Eau de Toilette and Eau de Cologne. Higher concentrations generally provide longer-lasting fragrance.

What is the difference between a splash and a spray?

The fragrance itself is the same. The only difference is the method of application. Spray bottles may also help preserve the fragrance longer because they remain sealed.

Why do some fragrances last longer than others?

Fragrance longevity depends on factors such as skin type, skin moisture and individual skin pH levels. Oily skin generally holds fragrance longer than dry skin.

How can I keep my fragrance from going bad?

Store fragrances in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keeping opened bottles in their original boxes can help extend their shelf life.
